They overwork you and once burnt out they toss you out and hire someone else. Worst people to work for. No communication. Mickey mouse management. Clueless dep heads. Minimal benefits. Operation guy, human resources, accounting, other Dept heads just take advantage. They fire people so that Dept heads get their bonuses. Worst of the worst people to work for.
