I cannot recommend Capitol Surfaces more highly. Jaldi, the project manager, impressed me the first time I met him. He listened -- and I mean really listened. He wasn't just humoring the customer. Our first project was a deck on the back of our home. He made suggestions and together we created a plan. The price quote he worked up was very reasonable. He was always available to me when I had questions. The project began as scheduled and finished on time! It was impressive watching how they laid out the building materials in the order they would need them prior to starting the project and then working together as a team got the deck completed when promised. We couldn't have asked for more when our deck was completed. The value of our home was greatly increased because of our new deck. After the deck was completed, there was a minor change we wanted made and there were no arguments, no excuses, he just came out and changed it to our satisfaction.
