On phone for2 hours. Never resolved the issue. Can not access my voice mails. One lady helpfull named Anna. Cant call for help. To actually talk to someone. And once hung up to do as suggested. Couldnt get back to the same person. With out starting all. Over again with some one else and getting no where. With nothing but texting. User's recommendation: Dont have any.
