Cánselar un pedido que se hizo en pago automático

Que ya es la segunda vez que se cobran automáticamente lo de dos meses de tratamiento y yo quiero que eso se cánsele el que está en camino y el que ya me llegó regresarlo esta nuevo como lo mandaron no puedo seguir tomándolo es malo hacia mi salud mi médico me pidió suspenderlo
