Cannot view Sbscription

When I try to go to my Subscription site on My Account, I get an error message. I need to see if I am paying my subscription okay and when I need to pay it again. Can you remove the error message and let me into My Subscription so I can pay you if necessary? Thank you. User's recommendation: I need to get my problem above fixed before I can do a survey.
