Cannot get hotwire remote to listen to voice command on 1 tv in bexrooom.

Called 2 weeks ago & told it was a software issue. No one has called or got back to me at all. Would like a person to come to our home ASAP. My husband works from home Mon-Fri. Please do NOT send someone after 5pmno.
