Cannot get any help with my username and password and cannot use my funds and was told by customer service that they couldn’t help me. They where very rude and hung up on me several times.

This is crazy and I cannot believe that this is what we get when we sign up for unemployment. As if being unemployed and in the middle of a pandemic isn't bad enough. I am outraged that the government would do this. Give it's taxpayers such a *** card and just expect...
