Cannot get a response from Customer Service regarding an RMA # for Order# 107****

I placed an order on the 13th of May and received my order on the 18th of May. I promptly tried contacting them for an RMA # in order to return the units because the website wouldn't allow me to process the return request. The website stated that I was past the 14-day return period, which was absolutely not possible! At this point I have sent 2 emails to ask@***.com and both have gone unanswered. I will be sending a third request today as I would like a full refund of $64.90 (minus shipping) at this point. I understand that their CSRs are working from home due to COVID-19...as am I. But it appears that no one is working. And this is very very poor customer service! User's recommendation: Just save your funds and buy elsewhere.
