Original review updated by user Nov 17, 2020 I reported the problem in 2019. I contacted them numerous times in 2020 and I contacted them again on October 24, 2020 to resolve the issue. As of November 17, 2020 there is still no response from them. They send me coupons which I cannot use because I have a problem installing Game Manager. I am a loyal customer of Big Fish since 2006 and spend a lot of money on their games and I do not deserve to be treated with such disregard. User's recommendation: Do not buy games from their website.
