Cancelling the plan
Hey there, I am one of the freedom mobile users. Since I am in another country now, I want to cancel my mobile plan contemporarily. I lost my six digits pin and I tried to use the email to get it back, but the system didn't send any of the email to me. And I am outside of Canada so i can't go to any stores. Can you help me with the situation? Thanks a lot!
