Tried cancelling a policy in March and it has gone to the Escalation Dept and there it sits!!!! Call weekly for an update and told the same thing every week, "It;s in the Escalation Dept. and you have to wait". Meantime, I have been sent to collection by Connecticare!!!! Called Insurance Commissioner and and there is nothing they can do to help since it's a goverment plan.
