Cancelled my repair and replacement policy without my knowledge.


I found this out when I called about my furnace that was going out and not blowing hot air. They said nicor canceled me. After 3 hrs of going back and forth between companies, home solutions admitted the were at fault and would re enroll me in a better plan at more money of course and the waiting period would be waved. The repairman came out 2 days later{Weds.} told me I need a replacement, the heat exchanger was cracked front and back. Someone would call me in the am. No one called. I called them. They would listen to the phone calls and if it was determined they weren't specific about what was waved they would honor the new plan, they would call in the am. No call. I called. They would cover under the old plan even though that was never specified to me. This in my eyes is FRAUD! When they find out they have to put money out it all changes. I paid for years and this is the first time I have attempted to use it. The supervisors don't know what they are talking about, everybody has a different story and they are flip to what you are going through. I am pissed beyond myself!
