Cancelled booking, no advice, no replies – CRAP service

I made 2 flight bookings, both proceeded, payment taken. I didn’t check for a few days and found #2 flight cancelled?? No prior advice I asked for feedback - no reply. I complained to CTrip, and provided booking # They replied.... send us booking number before we reply. F’off..... I’ll book somewhere else
