Cancellation with full refund - 08443E9 Hello, My name is Ran Mizrachi. On March 9, 2020, I corresponded with your hotel employee at Otelcom. I requested a full refund for the cancellation of our booking due to the treatment of malignant disease CORONA. I must mention that 14 business days have passed a long time ago, it's already 3 months since then. I DIDNT RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK YET. I can't get Otelcom on the phone or through the Facebook chat. I am asking for my money back as you gave your approval. Please respond as soon as possible! We required a quick answer! Thank you Ran Mizrachi User's recommendation: My wife and I are very disappointed with the service of and very sorry we made a reservation for a hotel in Las Vegas through them and not directly through the hotel. There is simply no one to talk about their poor service!
