Cancellation of Product!

On May 17, 2018 I called, as instructed by the purchase agreement, and cancelled any further shipments. May 17, 2018 was the last day of the Trial Membership period and my account was charged $177.90 for the following two products: Jeune Fleur Skin Cream $89.03 Purchase ID: 423BA66BF7 Jeune Fleur Eye Serum $88.87 Purchase ID: 3C04B9CE1F Both cancellation receipts were dated May 17, 2018 at 12:36 PM. To my knowledge, the day ends at 11:59 PM! When I called I was also given a Cancellation #: 951464-*F24. Also, how can a consumer try a product when the trial period also includes the shipping time? In my case I did not even receive the items until May 4, 2018. Per your Cancellation Policy: You must call to cancel Automatic Renewal before the paid trial membership period: I DID! You must notify NuGlow Serum PRIOR to the end of the paid trial period: I DID! I would like a refund sent as soon as possible.
