Cancel membership still charging

cancelled membership 3 weeks ago still receiving bill with late charge. with virus going around fitness center closed still charging account also the genius that work at abc financial said go to place to verify cancelled !! How can I do that nobody around its closed because of virus. User's recommendation: go to different fitness place.
