Lois Carr has asked me to contact you on her behalf. Lois has been trying since March to get this subscription cancelled without any luck. Her bank account was charged Feb 19, March 14 & April 17 in the amount of $29.99 for a total of $89.97 What does it take to get this done and her money refundedd? Bernice
