Can’t pay off

I've had several tickets escalated, Saturday 4/25 Sunday 4/26 Got a call from someone who Spoke so fast I couldn't understand her name on my VMware, called right back no one knew who called my Destiny stated she was the only one working that Sunday n she didn't call me.... again on Monday 4/27 I was told another ticket was being generated as of today 5/2/2020 still no Call back, I still haven't been able to pay off at the correct amount, have been told that a director is the only one who can assist n I have to wait for a call back... this is horrible I'm going to get legal counsel at this time, I've lost my pastor. Two love ones to COVID-19 as of Tuesday this week n I'm just now checking my email... I get a response from here... but No Director yet!!!!
