Can’t find one of my passes. I need the number for reservations.

I called customer service around 230 and it said they were closed for the day, even though they said customer service was open until 6 PM. I was trying to make reservations with our passes, six of them, and needed the number of one of them that we couldnt find. Cant seem to get a real live person to talk to. Then the number I was given was for the hotel not for a customer
