Can’t cancel my membership

I understand with the pandemic all gyms had to be closed down but I tried to go to cancel my membership and I couldnt. I was guaranteed a 30 day refund since I paid everything up front and I didnt want to waste my months due to the pandemic. Unfortunately when I got there they had already closed the gym and it was only 6:30. I went on March 17th unaware with no notifications that they were closing down. I then tried contacting whoever I can corporate office or their offices to leave a voicemail but there was no possibility of doing that either. Unfortunately my month was up by the 24th of March and now I fear I may not get anything back in return User's recommendation: Don’t rely on customer service because it’s hard to get by. Their staff are nice.
