Ordered a pair of Sam Edelman shoes for $59.99 in January 2016. It is June 8, 2016 and just received notification that my order can not be filled and they refunded my money back to me in the form of credit for BTR merchandise. What, they should be paying me interest for keeping my money for how many months??? I actually had called customer service about 3-4 mths in asking where my shoes are. I was told that sometimes items can be held up but that I will get updates. Well now its 6 months that they have my money. I have no shoes and they want me to have my $59.99 sit in their account with maybe the prospect of me finding something I might want and the prospect that maybe it may be shipped, but at this point I am feed up with companies that promote payment for items and then can't even get the merchandise to ship. BEWARE ... Phone lines are not taking calls ... I emailed and hope a response (a satisfactory response) with come forth. I have my doubts. Most likely I will have to battle.
