Calling for online order received the wrong products

Sent me wrong products. I tried to explain that the reason I shopping online cuz I dont want to go in to store. She said well people make a mistake nothing they can do just have to return to the store I asked for manager she just hang up the phone. No customer service skill at all horrible worker. Too bad I dont get her name
