Calling for 3rd time to change hotel date due to plane delay

If you can get through the phone lines good luck plan on an hour or more. After second call (waiting an hour) got through ... thought the guy was working on the change and 2 hrs into the call he hung up. TERRIBLE SERVICE style="background-color: style="background-color: User's recommendation: More reps call time should NEVER be an hour or more!!!! Especially when the issue is urgent.
