I called the insurance for help, but they wont answer. So no response. The other driver is furious they wont answer and are they are taking it out on me. I dont have a running car for work and insurance doesnt care. User's recommendation: Maybe not choose this insurance. There is no help.at all..you are om your own.

"The room that I stayed in was a non-smoking. It smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There was no drain plug in the bathtub. The sink did not drain. Two very flat pillows thin-comforter."
