Called customer and could understand the person that I was helping me. Allstate uses out of the country agents and most of the time I can’t get the problem solved due to agent’s use of English.

I wish Allstate used agents that are located here in the USA, we need more jobs and I would not have to call two or three times to get someone I understand.
