I ordered a doll plus accessories, they sent a email stating I should pay the difference to receive the doll, I didn’t know I owed anything else I called and gave them my credit card number (the same one every time) Layton said the charge was pending that it would take 2 to 3 days to go through ok not a problem No emails to show that I paid just more emails for me to buy more items when I still haven’t received anything at this point The reason I haven’t received anything is because one charge is dependent on the next and they are pending Really ???? The charge card company said they do not have a problem and doesn’t understand the “pending” anymore than I do So far I have given my card number 3 times and I am still waiting to receive the doll If my granddaughter had not loved this doll and picked it out herself I would gladly cancel all dealings with the Bradford Exchange people
