I purchased a bus ticket for September 17th from Pittsburgh to Washington DC. The directions say that the bus will arrive between 10th and 11th street. That is a very broad range for a bus stop. That being said I was there early on that block by the makeshift bus stop sign. The bus did come but it didn't stop. when I called customer service the representative was very rude and basically said there are no refunds. I am not sure why there is not a refund when I was there but the bus didn't stop. I then asked to speak to a manager who was equally rude and said per policy there is no refund. When I asked her what the refund policy is she said she didn't know and that I would have to check the website for that information. How can a supervisor not know the refund policy. I did not end up getting a refund and ended up having to pay for the bus and a rental car.
