Bugs everywhete

Signed up with a contract about 5 months ago. Were told it would get better. So far it's still as bad as the 1st visit, an infestation. I asked Tech to spray everywhere but he refusrs to do so. He has a sharp sarcastic attitude & jokes around but it's not funny. How much to get out of my contract? The bugs are awful & even getting on me! Help
