Error code c31 for samsung oven. I called Pacific Sales to report this problem under the extended warranty. The associate was very helpful and thorough. I have had exceptional experiences on other appliance problems under warranty with them. On one occassion they replaced the brken parts on my wasber that was equal to the cost of the machine . I dont understand some of the complaints from people. Maybe if you were nicer to the support team members you, like me, would have better rezults. Lifes too short to be pissed.
