Broken items after maintenance has been in my home continues after request to be notified

Maintenance has entered my home on 2 different occasions broke items . When i discussed the problem with Asst. Manager and maintenance coordinator nothing has change. Contractors/ maintenance continue to enter with My knowledge. My next step is to file vandalism charges.
