Broken Eyeshadow palette / No customer service ladies!!

I ordered a eyeshadow pallatte and it came in the mail broken. I did everything i was suppose to do to convince them that it was broken and it took 2 weeks to do that, then...They told me they were going to credit my account and in order for them to do that they needed me to sign in and make an account which i had done this before I had ordered anything... Customer Service ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!! Its been a month now and i still HAVENT recieved an email, credit in my account or refund. I will not be shopping with them again. They treat their customers like *** not on top of it, every day i have to reach out to them. Just a nightmare.
