Broken cable again

Kimberly Wanted $48 to replace but I had already replaced once last year and she went to supervisor and got me a free one. User's recommendation: Not a long lasting product for as expensive as it is. Every part in adjustable bed has been replaced and only 5 years old. Customer service knows me so well and they have been super good.
