Lounge suite


We purchased a lounge suite from Bradlows, which was not up to standard, we paid cash for it, Bradlows have collected it and charged us delivery and extra for them to collect it. it has been more than 2 weeks since our complaint and now they are giving us the run around by not giving our money back. we were told it will take 30 days, we are now sitting on the floor as we don’t have money to buy another lounge suite.

no one is getting back to us with a decent answer it is just wait 30 days they have procedures which is so not right we gave them the money the same day why can’t we get our money back
