Bought used go cart

Needed technical support and some basic questions answered. Called customer service rep, he was rude as *** and was no help at all. Called technical support, same outcome. The rep was rude as *** and didn't know anything. very disappointed in the help I didn't get. User's recommendation: wont recommend anyone calling.
