I ordered a new Bosch Dishwasher from Mona Vale store. It was not in stock and ordered. Told it would be in within a couple of days. The following week rang to ask about it and was told it's waiting for me to pick up. Nice to know. The hoses on machine were not long enough. I looked up Bosch web and suggested Bing Lee Mona Vale to get it. I rang with the part number and was brushed by a female who eventually put me onto someone else. He begrudgingly took the order and a deposit. A week and half went by so I went to the store. I was told by the manager that he did not know when it would come and would be better of to get my deposit back and go elsewhere. Now after two more trips back to the store I have got my refund. I contacted Appliances on line. Told they have stock in Victoria and I would have it in three or four days. Great service and nice people. They supply all appliances at good prices. Bing Lee have now lost me.
