Dear sir, Good Day! I have my flight last January 25, 2020 with cebu pacific airlines, but unfortunately it was cancelled due to bad weather. My concern is that until now my full refund still i did not recieve in my account i used my credit card for this booking. I want my money back in my account. I attached my ticket and the boarding pass. Thank you.
