Dear Mr, Dear Mrs I have requested a refound of the booking 1635**** due to the covid more than one year ago (Mai 2020). The amount flight plus luggage is around CHF 1800.- I need this money now. Make the necessary or I will bring my legal protection. Regards Nicole Ouis User's recommendation: Do not use this company. They are thieves. We cannot contact them.
