Boat “new motor from them” after 100 hours have no compression in 2 cylinders

First go around they sent me a motor with a bent crank, so I sent the motor back at their cost. they fixed the problem and sent my motor back but they forgot the water pump, pulleys, and brackets for all of it. They said order the new stuff because they can't find it at their shop and they will refund my money, $431 later never have heard back from them again. Now the motor is shot and I am not counting on the warranty that was suppose to be lifetime! I am out $4000 now and a boat without a working motor. Don't know what to do and where to go from here!
