Boarding group concern

I checked in @ about 10:45 am this morning for Flt #WN2420 from Denver to MKE on6/21! Another person in our group Checked in 3 hours later and received Group B, Positions 27 &34!!!!!! I am STARTING TO LOSE MY FAITH IN THE SOUTHWEST BOARDING PROCEDURE!!!! Please explain HOW THIS CAN HAPPEN?????? Please respond!!!
