To Whom it may concern: I noticed the Bluetooth system in my BMW would no longer connect to my cell phone. I was receiving an error symbol which symbolizes a system malfunction. I brought the car in for service & was told the Bluetooth system needed to be replaced. I did some research & found that this is a common problem with BMW's. Given this information I believe BMW should replace my Bluetooth system at a discounted rate since my car is 12 years old. This is also a safety issue in regards to hands free driving. Also my radio display started to dim at approximately 50,000 miles. This is another common problem with older BMW's based on my research. Thank you Rich Morici
