Blue screen. Not going to windows

Updated drivers using cleaner professional. Windows not starting. Tried to reset the PC but Going to blue screen repeatedly after restarting again and again. Blue screen code is: "Driver overran stack buffer". Tried to restart 3 times to go to safe mode. Still not working. How do I reset this tab?
