Blocked account without proper reason

It seems I have met fraud at Valued Opinions by Dynata. I joined valued opinions several months ago and I have been completing surveys for a long time almost everyday. I completed surveys and video conferences in order to earn rewards and be heard by companies. When I accumulated my funds to a good amount I started receiving errors failing to redeem the rewards I accumulated. When I wrote to them about the error, they blocked my account and left me with nothing but only questions on what wrong I did. Honestly, I did nothing wrong and I'm here to seek justice. I want them to reopen my account and let me redeem my rewards. My email I used to register account is [protected]@gmail.com
