Billing for WIFI Service

Update by user Aug 26, 2019 Nothing has happened thus far. Original review posted by user Aug 21, 2019 I am retired and living on a fixed income. Then Charter Communications comes along and slaps a $5.00 a month charge for WIFI service. Isn't paying $63.29 a month for Internet service enough? In 2018 Charter had a net profit of 1,170,000,000 isn't that enough for them? Why do they need more, does the CEO need a new yacht and another mansion.
