Billing department did not bill insurance but did send to collections!

My husband was transferred by ambulance 4 times in 2018. On 3 separate calls to Jamie, Marie and a supervisor I provided the address for claims. I was met with incompetent, rude and a downright resistant agent that refused to note the claims address because she "knew"...
