This platform is not big enough for me to express my disappointment with them. I am a borrower with this lender. I'm beyond frustrated with Customer Service! I've been waiting for a response from their supposed "Cashier Department" for five weeks now!!!! The fact their only response id we will escalate your matter Ma'am is disgusting!! PHH has horrible CS User's recommendation: Avoid them!!!
