Update by user Dec 16, 2019 Forgot to mention that when I asked to speak to a supervisor to help understand my situation I was told no and was just transfered to another department. Original review posted by user Dec 15, 2019 I have two internet lines and called to upgrade the speed for one line, instead of upgrading the speed Virgin cancelled my internet on one line by mistake. When I called to get it fixed they made me run around in circles and told me I had to order internet again, that I couldn't reactivate it and that I had to wait a week for the technician to come to set it up...... Can you actually believe that... Now I'm left a week without internet which is frustrating because I require internet since I work from home.
