Hunter Douglas will only repair the blind. They do not cover the cost of the blind being taken down, shipped and re-installed. They call these costs "Dealer Costs" since they do not employee the installer. How do they think the blind would get to a Hunter Douglas facility to be repaired. They are expensive and you would think they would stand behind their product.
