I ordered cloth dog pads through their on line website Thursday, March 8th, 2018 and we chose next day delivery paying an additional $40.95 for that service. When we didn't receive the order 2 days later, I called the company and was told by a customer service rep that I had missed the cut off time for next day (and yet they took my money for the service) and the order would arrive in 3-5 days. I requested a refund of the difference of the shipping fee from next day to regular delivery since I did not get that service and the rep told me his supervisor said it was out of his hands. OK, no problem and no future orders!
