They wouldn’t answer a simple question I asked.

I called Hoffman today, on Saturday and I had a general question, the lady said this is for emergency only, call back and ask your question on Monday. Outrageous.

Ok until recent

Currently dealing with property damage that occurred on my last delivery. Have received no communication from anyone regarding status, etc. Seems they don’t care enough about being at fault. I will be filing a complaint with BBB, and possibly a police report if they do not respond. I will also be canceling services if nothing is done.... Read more➤

Hoffman RIPS you off on Price

No one should ever do business with these guys. They uplift the price of Fuel on an auto delivery plan 1.25 over the current price of Propane. Then when you complain they give you some BS Story.
