Going on four weeks now and my leaky washer still isn't fixed. First I got the "it isn't covered" story with respect to my home warranty. Well after reading the whole thing I found no such exclusion. So they scheduled a return for what I hoped would be the repair. NOPE! Technician came without any parts. Tried to tell me it wasn't leaking. The water stain down the front and puddle on the ground was kind of obvious. Tried to blame it on dog hair before I kicked him out the house. I think I'll call the warranty Co. and give them one more chance to send another company or else I'll have the work done myself and send them a bill. I might even take them to small claims court if they refuse. Do not use this company under any circumstance! The only reason they have a one star rating on Google and Yelp is that you can't giev a zero. Beware!!!
